A Big Thank You to a class somewhere in Missouri

From flickr.com by Today is a good day
This year has been full of great collaborations, experiences which have changed me as a teacher and a person forever. I am especially grateful to Mr. Chamberlain’s class. You are an amazing group of kids, and are so lucky to have the teacher you have! I know that we may not be able to blog this summer, but if you have a great teacher next year, please make sure that Mr. C passes along our blog so we can keep in touch. I’ll be teaching 6th graders next year (hey, you will be 6th graders too!!!) and I would love to keep our connection together with my new students.
Thank you for helping give our blog life and humor. My students and I are always thrilled to see comments from you (even though I wasn’t always timely at responding, Ana S. and Marlene
) You all are so blessed to get the best of both worlds where you live. You have a nice small town where everyone knows everyone else, and yet, Mr. C put the world in your hands for you to explore. Please take advantage of all the wonderful things he has taught you and make the most of 6th grade and every year after that.
I hope you all have a wonderful summer full of strawberry picking, running through the sprinklers, catching fireflies and lemonade stands.
Keep in touch,
Ms. Pohanka
